Dear SCers,

that might be of interest for people using Pbind, Pmono, Pbindef etc.
and those who'd like to use miSCellaneous lib with 3.7 builds.

1.) With class EventShortcuts you can define your own shortcuts for
keywords to be used in Events or event patterns.
E.g. you can decide to rather use \inst or \i instead of \instrument.

EventShortcuts allows for defining an arbitrary number of shortcut sets and
switching between them. I worked out the first approach from here:

http://new-supercollider-mailing-lists-forums-use-these.2681727.n2.nabble.com/Event-synth-play-release-not-working-as-expected-td7613229.html

Now you can use all event types, see EventShortcuts help file for details.
Other shortcut ideas from this thread (e.g. 'ordered' Events) are
also included, though in slightly modified form,
see tutorial file "Other pattern and event shortcuts".

2.) As with SC 3.7 GUI redirect is deprectated, I've also adapted the
gui stuff of miSCellaneous lib (checked with a recent build).
Now there are two branches: version 0.10b is for backwards compatibility and
works with SC 3.4 up to 3.6.x (with Cocoa / SwingOSC / Qt)
whereas from SC 3.7 onwards you'd need v0.10a.
The latter also works on 3.5 and 3.6, then you'd have to use Qt GUI.

Greetings

Daniel

... sorry, it's named "Other event and patterns shortcuts",
but you find it also by link from the EventShortcuts help file
- or search 'shortcut' in the great SCDoc.
