Transients of an audio files

hi all,

I would like to know the position of the transient in a file: are there
any libraries that do this analysis?

I have seen there is the AnalyseEvents2, but I don't need to do this in
realtime.

For NRT you could try SCMIR and extractOnsets() as one option?
